Our delivery policy is to deliver directly to the address you specify and the time of delivery will be agreed individually with our manager. The delivery service is only available on weekdays. Our courier will contact you in advance to verify the delivery address and advise you of the estimated delivery time.

If you wish to pick up your order in-store, we will have it ready for you within a timeframe agreed with our sales manager. To collect your order, you will need to visit the Produs store and show your order number and proof of identity. Our shop address and opening hours are listed on our website. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to let you know that you can collect it in store. We do our best to ensure that your order is prepared and that you are provided with quality service so that you can receive your goods quickly and efficiently.

If you choose to collect your order from an Omniva or DPD parcel machine, you must take note of the rules regarding goods that can be delivered to parcel machines. The size of the item cannot exceed 39 x 38 x 64 cm and weigh up to 30 kg (Omniva) or 61 x 44 x 37 cm and weigh up to 30 kg (DPD).

If your goods meet these criteria, you can choose to have your goods delivered to an Omniva or DPD parcel machine and we will ensure that your goods are delivered safely and efficiently to the designated parcel machine. The delivery time and price depend on the location of the selected parcel office and its distance from your home.
