TYSENIA single-module flat steel roof tiles have been developed based on the latest market trends.

Their modern, flat shape makes them perfectly suited to contemporary architectural trends. Thanks to its characteristically low profile with subtle triple grooving, TYSENIA impresses with its minimalist look. As a result, the new steel roof tiles combine innovative design and ergonomic form with top-quality steel.

Simply universal

TYSENIA is available as a single modular steel roof tile and can be installed on roof pitches from 25°. Monomodularity allows them to be applied both in the traditional way and on bricks, thus reducing waste when installing the roofing.

TYSENIA are asymmetrical and must be laid from left to right. In addition, they have an invisible fixing system which gives the covered roof an extremely minimalist appearance. The low profile guarantees a wide coverage area, which has a positive effect on the economy of the product. The easy handling to the construction site and then to the roof is also convenient. In addition, a TYSENIA-coated roof is durable and does not require as frequent maintenance as a ceramic tile roof.

The steel roof tile series is reinforced with a highly durable coating up to 200 μm thick. The product is available in three coatings in both matt and gloss: Pladur Wrinkle® thyssenkrupp, Pladur® Relief iceCrystal thyssenkrupp, Colorcoat HPS200®Ultra Tata Steel and in a wide range of colours.

The Steel Service Centre (SSC) is designed for customers looking for a material with specific properties and processing levels. The processing includes coiling, cutting and protection of the tin to meet the individual needs of the customer. HYDROCONTROL

Water vapour condensation consists of a change in the position of water vapour on the surface of an uninsulated steel roof covering. This phenomenon depends on many factors, including but not limited to: the roofing structure and its thermal insulation. Condensation of water vapour can lead to wetting of the roof and consequently to fungal growth or corrosion. In extreme cases, it can cause condensation of water vapour, which is a change in the position of water vapour on the surface of an uninsulated steel roof covering.

SPS

The SPS process enables steel material to be profiled under optimum climatic conditions - regardless of the ambient temperature. This allows excellent plasticisation of the raw materials, and this is particularly true for paint coatings. The main advantages of SPS technology are the extraction of properties and parameters that increase the durability and performance of the material supplied by our company. The technology used makes the coating material particularly resistant to external factors, corrosion and the damaging effects of damage. At the same time, it does not lose its properties, ensuring effective roof protection and high aesthetic values for many years to come.
