SUPERNOVA FOL D vapour barrier
SUPERNOVA FOL D vapour barrier is suitable as an initial roof covering for pitched ventilated roofs without thermal insulation. When used for the construction of insulated roofs, the product must leave a ventilation gap of at least 5 cm between the vapour barrier and the thermal insulation (mineral wool, glass wool, etc.), which means that the membrane cannot be in direct contact with the thermal insulation. SUPERNOVA FOL D vapour barrier must not be used on fully covered roofs. The final installation of the roof covering on top of the membrane must always be carried out using a batten and counter batten.
