IzoWall PIR/PIR+ wall sandwich panel
We offer panels with PIR-N/PIR-F core - made of rigid polyisocyanurate foam with thermal conductivity PIR-N: λ = 0.022 W/m K, PIR-F: λ = 0.021 W/m K with improved fire resistance, as well as panels with non-flammable mineral wool MWF core.
Technical details
Hermetic compound
- Wide, continuous polyurethane seal or two continuous pieces of soft polyethylene seal
- Protective tape against diffusion and water infiltration
- Double jointing fastener - with groove and tongue for ease of assembly and increased fire safety
Quick assembly
- "Izopanel is a prefabricated product that forms the only cladding layer of a building, is quick to install and reduces labour costs.
- Appropriately profiled fixings make it easier to adjust the tiles and ensure a reliable connection.
Energy contact
- The core, made of rigid, Freon-free, non-combustible PIR/PIR+ foam, has an optimal thermal conductivity coefficient ( λ = 0.022 W/m*K ) - much lower than other thermal insulation materials.
Agriculture
The composite panel, as a modern product with different core and thickness options, together with a special polyester protective coating FarmCoat, is designed for use on the roofs of livestock (e.g. pigsties, chicken houses, barns) and other agricultural facilities (e.g. barns, warehouses, champignon factories).
The special FarmCoat protective coating, which provides resistance to ammonium, urine and fertilisers, can double the lifetime of a building and reduce its running costs.

Sandwich panels can be used on external and internal walls as well as suspended ceilings as a modern cooling solution. In refrigeration applications, sandwich panels can be used at temperatures down to -40 °C.
Our labyrinth lock shape provides excellent thermal insulation, preventing cold bridging. A wide range of cooling panel thicknesses ensures that the requirements for thermal partitions are met and real savings are made due to the lack of heat loss. The sandwich panel is suitable for industrial and agricultural applications, as evidenced by numerous certificates and approvals.
