We offer a delivery service to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Our delivery policy is to deliver directly to the address you specify and the time of delivery will be agreed individually with our manager. The delivery service is only available on weekdays. Our courier will contact you in advance to verify the delivery address and advise you of the estimated delivery time.

If you want to pick up your order in store, we will have it ready for you within the time agreed with our sales manager. To collect your order, you will need to visit the Produs store and show your order number and proof of identity. Our shop address and opening hours are listed on our website. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to let you know that you can collect it in store. We do our best to ensure that your order is prepared and that you are provided with quality service so that you can receive your goods quickly and efficiently.
