External fixing lock with special profile and optimised height for easy installation

The design of the clip reduces sheet tension. This is the latest latch technology available on the market. A special elevation at the locks ensures that the flat surface of the panel adheres evenly to the substrate and reduces waviness.

R-MAT coated steel sheet is characterised by high scratch resistance and UV stability. The varnish used is a combination of a thick primer and a super-polyester topcoat with the addition of ceramic and acrylic granules. This guarantees very good resistance to external weather conditions.

STEEL SERVICE CENTRE (SSC)

The Steel Service Centre (SSC) is designed for customers looking for a material with specific properties and processing levels. The processing includes coiling, cutting and protection of the tin to meet the individual needs of the customer. We also accept orders using customer materials that are optimally utilised in our advanced manufacturing processes.

HYDROCONTROL

Water vapour condensation consists of a change in the position of water vapour on the surface of an uninsulated steel roof covering. This phenomenon depends on many factors, including but not limited to: the roofing structure and its thermal insulation. Condensation of water vapour can lead to wetting of the roof and consequently to fungal growth or corrosion. In extreme cases, it can cause condensation of water vapour, which is a change in the position of water vapour on the surface of an uninsulated steel roof covering.

SPS

The SPS process enables steel material to be profiled under optimum climatic conditions - regardless of the ambient temperature. This allows excellent plasticisation of the raw materials, and this is particularly true for paint coatings. The main advantages of SPS technology are the extraction of properties and parameters that increase the durability and performance of the material supplied by our company. The technology used makes the coating material particularly resistant to external factors, corrosion and the damaging effects of damage. At the same time, it does not lose its properties, ensuring effective roof protection and high aesthetic values for many years to come. With all these factors involved in the use of SPS, we have achieved the greatest success: the extension of the warranty period for the polyester standard coating (gloss, matt) by an additional five years for coating separation
