The perfect product

The eye-pleasing visual effect is achieved thanks to the latch technology, which ensures an aesthetic connection between the two panels.

In addition, thanks to mini- and nano-wave technology, the Terrano reflects light rays, resulting in a less noticeable "ripple" effect caused by roof tension and slight irregularities in the substrate. The perfect product in every detail is created by the optimised height of the rectangular flange, which gives the roof a sleek and modern look. TERRANO fits perfectly with KROP gutter systems, which are characterised by reliability and excellent functionality.

Simple installation makes the job of a roofer easier

The Terrano panel is a click-lock panel, or a simplified version of a curved roof.

A correctly installed screw ensures "longitudinal work". In addition, the TERRANO mounting part makes the panel more rigid and the roof panel has optimal mounting holes. Easy installation and comfortable working on the roof.

The Terrano is built using the latest technology. The process is fully automated and the production system is based on a standard that allows for greater efficiency.

Polyester Standard - coated sheets are the most popular metal roof option. Currently, sheets are used which are galvanised on both sides with an anti-corrosion layer, coated with primer or organic paint. The top layer provides colour and texture as well as weather protection.

STEEL SERVICE CENTRE (SSC)

The Steel Service Centre (SSC) is designed for customers looking for a material with specific properties and processing levels. The processing includes coiling, cutting and protection of the tin to meet the individual needs of the customer. We also accept orders using customer materials that are optimally utilised in our advanced manufacturing processes.

HYDROCONTROL

Water vapour condensation consists of a change in the position of water vapour on the surface of an uninsulated steel roof covering. This phenomenon depends on many factors, including but not limited to: the roofing structure and its thermal insulation. Condensation of water vapour can lead to wetting of the roof and consequently to fungal growth or corrosion. In extreme cases, it can cause condensation of water vapour, which is a change in the position of water vapour on the surface of an uninsulated steel roof covering.

SPS

The SPS process enables steel material to be profiled under optimum climatic conditions - regardless of the ambient temperature. This allows excellent plasticisation of the raw materials, and this is particularly true for paint coatings. The main advantages of SPS technology are the extraction of properties and parameters that increase the durability and performance of the material supplied by our company. The technology used makes the coating material particularly resistant to external factors, corrosion and the damaging effects of damage. At the same time, it does not lose its properties, ensuring effective roof protection and high aesthetic values for many years to come. With all these factors involved in the use of SPS, we have achieved the greatest success: the extension of the warranty period for the polyester standard coating (gloss, matt) by an additional five years for coating separation
